Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly will my order be shipped?Many orders are shipped on the same day. If order is placed before 1:00 MST we can ship the same day if not it will be shipped the following day.

What forms of payment are excepted?Most customers use a credit card to order but we also except paypal and certified checks. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are all exceptable forms of payment.

Can I order by phone?Our customers can order 3 convenient ways. Online, by phone, or by email. 801-367-5483

Can you custom fletch my arrows?Yes we can fletch your arrows in a variety of colors and wraps. Just specify in the notes section exactly what you would like and we will make sure to customize them for you.

Do you ship to Canada?Yes we do however we charge $5.00 on top of regular shipping to help cover the costs of shipping across the border. The $5.00 fee will be added on at checkout.

Can you provide a tracking number for my order?Yes absolutely! Just ask and we will email you your tracking information.

Do you ever offer discounts?Yes we have many items on sale every day and we offer many discount codes and specials on a regular basis. If you would like to recieve special promotions email us at jason@basinarcheryshop.com.

Can you answer questions about the products I am interested in?Yes. Because we hunt all over the world and shoot in several archery leagues we can anwser questions about the products we offer because we use them ourselves.
